Job description Ever wondered what it feels like to be a IT Project Manager in Netcompany?
Joining us as a Business Analysis/IT Project Manager, you will be part of highly skilled agile teams that design, develop, deploy, customize and support break-through applications for EU Institutions/ Banking/ Telco or Public institutions.
As a Business Analysis/IT Project Manager you will:
* Lead and manage software development/infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
* Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate project sprints, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
* Utilize and adapt the PM² methodology to align with the specific project management standards of EU institutions.
* Conduct business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
* Coordinate with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
* Prepare project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
Profile What would make you a fit for the role:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in the IT sector.
* Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.
* Familiarity with the PM² methodology is a significant advantage.
* Experience in stakeholder management, including working with diverse, high-level groups.
* Knowledge of software development and DevOps principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus.
* Experience working with EU institutions is a strong asset.
