Turn financial insights into smarter sales at Hilti!
We are looking for a Sales Finance Business Partner to help shape the success of our sales teams. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers to monitor performance, optimize profitability and turn financial insights into action.
What You'll do
1. Be the go-to financial partner for Sales Managers: Support daily sales decisions and ensure your division stays profitable;
2. Shape smart deals: Help structure competitive offers, protect margins, and work with Pricing on big deals;
3. Turn insights into action: Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities across customers, products, services, and pricing;
4. Drive strategic decisions: Provide clear financial guidance on profitability and large orders to support business priorities;
5. Manage sales bonuses: Ensure accurate calculation and validation of the team’s bonus plans;
6. Set ambitious targets: Define clear and timely targets for the sales organization;
7. Boost commercial performance: Create and implement initiatives to grow business results;
8. Collaborate across functions: Contribute to projects with Marketing and other teams to drive success.
What You’ll Bring
9. A Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent) with ideally some first-hand experience in management control;
10. The ability to connect numbers to business, positioning yourself at the heart of Hilti’s commercial activities with strong analytical and listening skills;
11. Clear communication skills to make financial challenges easy to understand for non-financial colleagues;
12. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with Dutch or French as a native or strong second language;
13. Comfort with IT tools and advanced Excel skills;
14. An organized, proactive, and rigorous approach, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
