Br /br /We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join them on a contract basis.br /br /br / br /br /br /You will be based out of their Brussels office on a hybrid model.br /br /br / br /br /br /Key Responsibilities:br /br /br /br /Can be the Initiative Owner of an IT Production initiative.br /br /Supports the (business) Initiative Owner to ensure the delivery of an Initiative and to manage conflicts for prioritization, budget, value for money and scope.br /br /Monitors and controls the progress of the delivery of the features related to the initiative.br /br /Ensures that the initiative delivers the expected results.br /br /Collects the features status information from the Feature Delivery Owner(s).br /br /Stakeholder management.br /br /Organizes the required ceremonies.br /br /Identifies and logs impediments at initiative/opus/feature level.br /br /Facilitates the impediments resolution at initiative level.br /br /Simplifies discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution by creating a safe trust environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves.br /br /Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow. He/she also protects the team from unexpected workloads and aligns with APS Management.br /br /Contributes to the Scrum of Scrum, the Quarterly Agile Planning.br /br /br /br / br /br /br /Required Skills:br /br /br /br /English speaking and active knowledge of at least French or Dutch.br /br /At least 6 years of experience in a similar function.br /br /A professional experience of at least 10 years.br /br /You are able to understand technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents.br /br /Knowledge of infrastructure migration projects.br /br /Experience in the banking sector.br /br /Be able to work in Agile Way of Working.br /br /Flexible, accurate control-minded.br /
