master’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent
strong leadership skills and experience with cross-functional teams
experience in business development and market expansion
financial insight and experience with P&L management
communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction and business growth
ability to organize, motivate, and coach a team
you are fluent in French, Dutch, and English
