IT Support Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing first- and second-line support, recording, tracking, and managing incidents and requests, and analyzing escalated problems to find root causes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for IT issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, network, etc.
* Reconfigure or install PC environments (Windows OS, applications).
* Document operational support procedures, contributing to the knowledge base.
* Draft technical documentation to capture troubleshooting steps, best practices, and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows-based systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Good understanding of mobile device platforms and core mobile applications.
* ITIL v4 Foundation certification is mandatory.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support or service desk roles.
* Fluency in English and French (written and oral) is required.
