As an Enterprise Risk Management Consultant, you will help organizations identify, assess, and manage strategic, operational, and compliance risks. Your expertise will enable clients to strengthen their risk management frameworks, enhance resilience, and align risk strategies with business objectives.
You will collaborate with experienced professionals on diverse projects, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Control, Risk Assessments, and Third-Party Assurance. This position is based in our Zaventem office, where you will join a dynamic team of 50 specialists in Belgium.
What will you be doing?
As a Enterprise Risk Management Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
Design and implement Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, tailored to client needs.
Conduct risk assessments across strategic, operational, and compliance domains.
Facilitate risk workshops and lead client meetings to identify and prioritize risks.
Develop risk reporting and dashboards, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
Coordinate and review work performed by junior colleagues, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Provide pragmatic recommendations to improve risk governance and resilience.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Mentor junior team members, supporting their development and growth.
Drive innovation by introducing new methodologies and tools in risk management.
Support business development through proposal writing and participation in networking events.
What do you bring to the table?
Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of COSO ERM Framework
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.
Skilled at simplifying complex risk concepts for clients.
Familiarity with risk management tools and data analytics; knowledge of AI is a plus.
Ownership-driven, pragmatic, and a strong team player.
Willingness to travel within Europe if required.
