Your role
As a member of the Mental Health and Wellbeing team, you will:
* Provide individual counselling and advisory sessions to students
* Offer guidance and raise awareness on a wide range of mental health issues
* Maintain accurate and sensitive records to monitor mental health needs
* Contribute to the design and delivery of psychoeducational programs, workshops and presentations
* Prepare and distribute publicity materials and awareness displays
* Represent the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing service at University events (eg. Welcome Day)
* Build connections and collaborate with local community groups and relevant organisations
* Support the university's involvement in national and international mental health initiatives
* Assist the team and teamleader as required
Your profile
* Master's degree in psychology (clinical or counselling)
* At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a higher educational setting
* Strong ability to connect and engage with people from diverse backgrounds
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrates empathy, patience, open-mindedness and professional confidence
* Fluent in spoken and written English and French. German and Luxembourgish would be an advantage
