As a new team member, you’ll receive full training in aseptic techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), essential to ensuring the safety and quality of cell therapies. What You’ll Do: Work closely with a dedicated team to maintain high standards in cleanroom environments. Keep equipment sanitized, handle materials correctly, and follow established procedures. Sterilize and maintain equipment and reusable materials to support a safe, sterile workspace. Assist process operators as needed during production activities. Safely and accurately transport materials and products between cleanrooms. Follow detailed protocols to actively contribute to the production of life-saving treatments. Wear appropriate protective clothing (gowning) to maintain cleanroom sterility.
