As a key part of our team, you'll help translate complex requirements into effective, real-world solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and design systems aligned with business goals. Translate customer requirements into user stories and create high-quality software designs. Advise on process improvements and IT automation strategies. Develop workflow diagrams, analyze system capabilities, and draft detailed specifications. Manage and prioritize requirements backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify and refine inquiries. Assess current practices and recommend system modifications to improve efficiency. Support team efforts and actively contribute to achieving collective goals. Required Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management. 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to challenge business process owners constructively and translate complex needs into actionable solutions. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Certification in IREB, BCS, BABOK, BISL, or ISQI. Familiarity with BPM, UML, workflow diagrams, and TOGAF frameworks. Knowledge of APIs, integration tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous. Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) – this is mandatory.
