Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency and reliability of the installation. You will report to the Maintenance Manager Polymers.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESTeam LeadershipYou will lead a team consisting of a supervisor, planners, and technicians. You will drive strong EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) performance and encourage training and development — both at team level and individually. Success comes from coaching and guiding your team.Maintenance ExpertiseYou will support the ABS plant with cost-effective maintenance in line with the desired asset availability and reliability. You act as the key technical contact for asset managers, contractors, and both internal and external stakeholders.Key competenciesPeople ManagementYou have experience leading, coaching, and supporting teams. You collaborate easily across departments and communicate effectively at all levels. You are customer-oriented and know how to build engagement and support.Technical and Analytical SkillsYou monitor maintenance costs and budgets closely.
