What You’ll Do:
As an Implementation Specialist (Europe), you will:
1. Lead product and packaging innovation projects from concept through industrial implementation, ensuring alignment with business briefs and regulatory standards.
2. Drive project execution to meet timelines, cost targets, and performance goals, identifying risks and opportunities early.
3. Prepare clear and compliant technical documentation (formulations, specifications, process descriptions, standard operating procedures).
4. Analyze plant and market performance (quality, losses, costs, sales, customer feedback) and provide actionable insights.
5. Champion continuous improvements by tracking global innovation trends and proposing enhancements to products and processes.
6. Provide technical support to internal partners including Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Consumer Compliance, and Brewery Operations.
7. Communicate project results clearly to senior leadership and lead working sessions with diverse stakeholders.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
What We’re Looking For:
9. University degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences (Chemical/Food Engineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, or related).
10. 2–5 years of operational experience in a brewery or similar industrial environment.
11. Solid understanding of the brewing process and product development lifecycle.
12. Project management experience with the ability to manage several initiatives at once.
13. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
14. Proficiency in English; additional languages (Dutch, French) are a plus.
15. Strong team collaboration skills and flexibility to travel for short-term assignments in Europe.
