Here’s what we need: /p ul liEducational background: bA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree /b in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. /li liRecruitment experience: bAt least 1 year of experience in recruitment /b, preferably in a technical or engineering context. /li libPeople-oriented: /bA strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues. /li libProactive and driven: /b You take initiative and are result-oriented. /li libOrganized and adaptable: /b You can handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /li liLanguage skills: bFluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English.
