Senior Project Manager – ERP & TMS Implementations
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP and TMS implementation projects from initiation through go-live and closure. The role is responsible for delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget. You will manage governance, stakeholders, and project controls across multiple software implementation tracks.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional project teams across business and IT.
* Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actuals; report on variances.
* Manage scope control and change requests through formal governance processes.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
* Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.
* Facilitate steering committees and status reporting.
* Coordinate testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities.
Profile
* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing software implementation projects.
* Experience with ERP and/or TMS implementations.
* Experience delivering multi-stream or long-term projects.
* Experience managing scope, budget, and timelines.
* Dutch speaking
