We are looking for a Client Partner / Account Manager Wellbeing & Reintegration (NL/FR) to strengthen our team.
In this role, you build and manage long-term relationships with clients around mental wellbeing, EAP and reintegration (RTW). You act as a trusted partner for HR and leadership, translating their needs into concrete solutions and trajectories.
You combine commercial insight with psychological expertise and strong project ownership. You are not only responsible for developing client relationships, but also for ensuring high-quality delivery and follow-up of ongoing trajectories.
Your responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining client relationships in a B2B context
* Identifying needs and translating them into tailored wellbeing and reintegration solutions
* Taking ownership of client trajectories from intake to evaluation
* Coordinating with psychologists, coaches and internal teams
* Contributing to the further development of our services

You work in a bilingual context (Dutch/French) and engage with a variety of stakeholders across organizations.
Your profile
* Background in psychology, HR, prevention, consultancy or a related field
* Affinity with mental wellbeing, reintegration and workplace functioning
* Experience in a B2B environment (HR services, prevention, consultancy…)
* Strong in relationship building and stakeholder management
* Structured, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership
* Professional fluency in Dutch and French
