About the job
We are looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Manager who will lead maintenance operations and drive reliability improvements at our Mons site. This is a key role in ensuring safe, cost-effective, and sustainable performance.
In your future role as Maintenance & Reliability Manager you will
* Oversee all maintenance operations at the Mons site, ensuring equipment integrity and availability.
* Lead and manage maintenance processes with a strong focus on safety and cost efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement reliability strategies.
* Manage maintenance budgets and KPIs, ensuring compliance with Nouryon standards.
* Act as backup for Capex projects and turnaround planning.
* Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
* Be a member of the site Management Team
We believe you bring
* Degree in Electromechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
* Proven focus on HSE and safety leadership.
* Extensive experience in maintenance and reliability management.
* Experience with capital projects and process improvements.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Great if you have
* Knowledge of SAP and maintenance-related IT systems.
* Familiarity with ISO systems and Belgian legislation.
* Project management certifications.
