Accountant – Antwerp Provenance, Belgium (On-site)
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-driven Accountant to join a dynamic and growing international finance team based the Antwerp provenance and Limburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys being close to operations, working across borders, and making a real impact on financial processes.

You’ll work closely with both local and international teams, giving you real exposure to cross-border finance in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
* Take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
* Play a key role in month-end and year-end closing processes
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards and internal controls
* Work closely with the finance team in Italy and external partners to streamline processes and improve efficiency
* Contribute to continuous improvement within the accounting function
* Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders in Dutch and English
* You will be reporting directly to the head of finance
* Hands-on involvement with the mergers and acquisitions of different entities
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* proven track record of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in an operational role
* Strong understanding of core accounting principles and processes
* Confident with invoices, reconciliations, and general ledger work
* Experience working with international teams is a strong advantage
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills in English.
