In short :Responsible for the design, governance and implementation of a global Reward, HR Technology and People Data strategy .Ensures that reward practices, HR systems and data-governance frameworks are competitive, transparent, compliant, and fully aligned with the organisation's business strategy and group standards.
Key tasks :Design and continuously enhance the global compensation and benefits framework, aligned with business priorities and group principles.Lead global processes such as job grading, benchmarking, salary and bonus reviews, and the design of variable-pay schemes.Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness, using data and analytics to support decision‐making.Oversee global benefits governance, including insurance, international mobility and well‐being programmes.Partner with local HR teams to ensure legally compliant and cost‐effective benefit solutions at local level.Advise the Chief HR Officer and Executive Committee on executive compensation and related governance matters.
2. HR Information Systems & DataDefine the HRIS strategy and roadmap, ensuring systems effectively support business and HR priorities.Collaborate with group‐level HRIS teams on shared tools to ensure alignment, user adoption and data accuracy.Drive continuous improvement in data management and reporting processes, ensuring high data quality and consistency across regions.
3. Reporting & ComplianceDevelop and maintain global HR dashboards, KPIs and analytics that deliver actionable insights.Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, data‐protection regulations and audit standards.Establish clear governance controls and compliance mechanisms for reward and HR data.Coordinate internal and external audits related to compensation & benefits, HR data and regulatory compliance.Manage the global compensation and benefits budget to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.Provide global leadership to a network of regional experts across Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and HR Data Reporting.Build capabilities, foster collaboration and encourage knowledge sharing within the global HR community.Represent the organisation in group‐level forums and networks related to Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and HR performance.Champion the organisation's values of integrity, inclusion and performance through authentic and visible leadership.
Your profileMaster's degree and minimum 10 years of professional experience in international mobility management or compensation and benefits management within a large multinational corporation or one of the major consultancy firms.Solid understanding of global compensation practices, including executive compensation and international mobility programs • Have expertise in designing, implementing and managing mobility programsGood knowledge of all aspects of international taxation. Knowledge of social security legislation in Belgium, France, Germany and/or UK is an asset. • Customer oriented and proactiveExcellent command of office tools (MS Office 365) and have in particular advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables)Have a strong analytical mind‐set, accurate and rigorous;Solutions oriented, prepared to take initiatives, and are able to think out of the box to find practical solutions in alignment with company policies.Good communication skill in English & French or Dutch
