As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support a wide range of client projects, internal staffing needs, and framework contract requirements. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a maximum of 1 year of experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team, where you'll have the opportunity to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & talent sourcing:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Source and attract qualified candidates through databases, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
Review and screen applications based on client, project, and framework contract requirements.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' technical skills, soft skills, experience, and motivation.
MAP candidate skills, experience, and education to the specific requirements of relevant Framework Contracts (Fwcs).
Participate in job fairs and reviewing or following up on candidate databases collected during events
Stakeholder collaboration:
Collect and clarify hiring needs with Account Managers, Service Managers, Business Development, and Internal Hiring Managers.
Align sourcing strategies, timelines, and candidate profiles with project constraints and budget.
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations throughout the recruitment process.
Selection & offer management:
Assess, shortlist, and present candidates to decision-makers.
Negotiate salary packages or daily rates in line with client budgets and internal policies.
Support internal processes to ensure all pre-start steps are completed before onboarding.
Recruitment administration:
Adapt and format candidate Cvs to meet Fwc templates and guidelines.
Prepare all required supporting documents (Letters of Intent, certificates, etc.).
Ensure all documentation meets eligibility, audit, and compliance requirements.
Contracting coordination:
Coordinate with Administrative and HR teams to prepare, and finalize all contractual documents before the consultant's start date.
Follow up to ensure that all necessary approvals and other contractual formalities are completed in due time.
Profile
Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Organizational skills:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Understanding of social legislation related to employment and contract structures.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and GDPR compliance.
