Akkodis is seeking a Functional Analyst to support one of our clients in the energy sector. The role is based in Gosselies, with a minimum of two days per week on-site and flexibility for remote work.
Mission Context:
The Functional Analyst will oversee cross-application and cross-domain functional analysis. Key responsibilities include ensuring cross-application coherence, drafting functional and general design specifications, and validating functional requirements across domains. The scope of work spans operational, evolutionary, and project backlogs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture and analyze business requirements with cross-application impacts.
* Draft and execute end-to-end tests with a focus on cross-application functionalities.
* Assist business teams and Product Owners in preparing cross-domain requirements.
* Document and validate functional/technical specifications.
* Act as the primary contact for integrators and other stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional analyses and mentor other analysts.
* Contribute to workload estimation for functional tasks.
Ideal Profile:
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* Proactive, autonomous, and an effective communicator.
* Team player with the ability to document and share knowledge.
* Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B1).
Technical Expertise:
* Proven experience in functional analysis (6+ years).
* Familiarity with tools such as UML, BPMN, Sparx EA, and testing tools (e.g., HPQC).
* Experience with backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
* Knowledge of databases (SQL Oracle, Microsoft Studio).
Sector-Specific Knowledge:
* Experience in the Belgian energy sector (3–5 years).
* Understanding of MIG6 processes and GRD operations.
* Exposure to technologies like MECOMS, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Software AG, and Azure.
