About the mission:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Controller to join our finance team and report directly to the Finance Manager. This role is critical for delivering financial insights, data analysis, and actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
As a key contributor, you will prepare accurate financial reports, assist in creating impactful presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and opportunities.
About the job :
You will:
* Provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the accounting team and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver presentations with clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
* Monitor variances in forecasts, budgets, and expenses, and proactively propose areas for improvement.
* Cultivate strong relationships with business partners and teams across all levels of the organization.
* Analyze business challenges and develop innovative financial solutions.
* Deeply explore financial data to generate insights and drive strategic decisions.
* Lead or contribute to organizational projects and initiatives with financial implications.
About you :
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and operational principles.
* Proven experience in creating financial reports and tracking key metrics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Demonstrated success in leading projects and initiatives within a team-oriented environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse management levels.
* Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
