Set up first proposal towards launch/promo CPS qtts (post SIM):
QTY related to Launches, Collectors & Limited edition, Sets
Input BDG amount coming from BA / Trade Marketing & CD Manager
Input benchmark coming from Marketing
Fill CPS files with Promo / LTD / Launch qty's (CPS I - II - III - IV)
LAUNCH PLANNING
Set up & follow up on the Annual planning per country / per retailer
Close follow up on FCST vs first feedback retailers before launch
Close follow up on FCST vs stock allocation
Arrange extra quantities if needed by creating EM's or contacting other countries
PROMO & LE PLANNING
Set up & follow up on the Annual planning per country / per retailer
Follow up on FCST vs stock allocation
Follow up on left-overs end of year to avoid penalties
Close follow up on stock situation promo / LE items: create Booking's for KA if stock is unsure
Arrange extra quantities or propose left-overs to other countries
3. S&OP
Build strong relationships with local teams and global departments to ensure seamless information flow.
Partner with KAMs to deeply understand retailer strategies and embed them in demand planning.
Collaborate with Marketing to track brand evolution and align short‐ and long‐term plans.
Monitor retailer sell‐through, promotional mix, and key priorities with Customer Development to refine demand signals.
Work with Finance to build the phased Net Revenue Budget and ensure consistent financial alignment.
Provide Global Demand Planners with monthly updates on local market dynamics and forecast changes.
Liaise with Global Supply Planning to align actions and meet local operational requirements.
Share and develop best practices with other Local Demand Planners to enhance process excellence.
Local & global stock management report and ensure the correct communication to the whole team.
Successful lead on EM process
ProfileExperience: you graduated from an engineer or business school, with a specialization in supply chain. You have successful experience of minimum 3 to 5 years as Demand Planner.
Languages : French and English are mandatory. Dutch is a plus.
Hard skills : reactive, rigorous, known for your ability to create strong relationship, autonomous, capacity to take responsibilities and initiatives.
