Ph3Position Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with proven expertise in improving equipment and process performance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement reliability strategies (Local (MU) and transversal (Belgium)) to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime. /li liAnalyze reliability data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and recommend and implement corrective actions. /li liCollaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs. /li liPerform deep analysis of emergency events to propose and implement major improvements of equipment availability. /li liConduct criticality analyses of equipment and processes to prioritize improvement efforts. /li liParticipate in the design and implementation of new equipment and processes, ensuring reliability principles are integrated from the start. /li liSupport CAPEX projects to ensure reliability, sustainability, and maintainability are considered and integrated. /li liPrepare and present reliability points during L3 and L4 audits. /li liTrain and mentor team members and non-reliability teams on reliability best practices. /li liExpert in the use and facilitation of DMAIC methodology for continuous improvement projects. /li liContribute to the company's safety culture by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). /li liMinimum of 7 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field. /li liIn-depth knowledge of reliability methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), etc. /li liProficiency in data analysis and use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). /li liExcellent communication and teamwork skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. /li liReliability certification (CRL, CMRP, etc.) is a plus. /li liExpertise in the use and facilitation of DMAIC methodology. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pYou will join a team where your work improves equipment performance and supports production that helps patients.
