The Role:
* Strategic Stewardship: Direct the People Ops unit, taking full ownership of HR tech stacks, administration, and compensation frameworks.
* Compensation Mastery: Execute and supervise the full payroll cycle, ensuring precision in every disbursement.
* Cultural Infrastructure: Design and roll out internal frameworks and guidelines that bolster a unique workplace identity and team morale.
* Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate the entire journey of our talent, from their first day (onboarding) to their final transition (offboarding) and everything in between.
* Legal & Regulatory Safeguarding: Act as the guardian of labor law compliance, ensuring all payroll and HR activities align with current legislation and internal protocols.
* Internal Advisory: Function as the primary subject matter expert for all staff inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and HR logistics.
* Data Integrity: Maintain the "single source of truth" by auditing and managing the HRIS and payroll databases.
* Audit Readiness: Front-face all HR inspections and audits, leveraging findings to sharpen the internal workflows.
* Process Optimization: Champion initiatives that streamline operations, elevate the employee journey, and maximize talent loyalty.
* Mediation & Relations: Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and labor relations, providing counsel that balances empathy with legal rigor.
* Financial Reporting: Synthesize payroll and budget data into actionable insights for senior leadership and finance teams.
