Plant Controller - Leuven - Industrie
Our client is an international company based in the Leuven region, operating in a modern production environment where quality, innovation and sustainability are central. We are part of a strong international group and work in a dynamic setting with diverse teams and processes. Today we are looking for a Plant Controller who will be responsible for the operation and financial control of the Leuven production site.
Responsibilities
* Budgeting & Forecasting - plans to optimize profitability
* Cost Control - monitor costs and identify savings
* Production Orders - analyze variances and implement corrections
* Reporting & Accounting - monthly, quarterly and annual reports; support audits
* Compliance & Risk - ensure processes comply with regulations
* Operational Collaboration - align with production and teams
* Assets & Inventory - manage capex and inventory valuation
* KPI & Process Improvement - analyze and optimize processes
The Successful Applicant
* Master in Finance/Economics
* Approximately 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Hands-on & Dynamic
* Strong business partner
* Fluent in Dutch & English
* Good knowledge of French is a plus
* Independent, proactive and precise
