The Growth Leader Recurring Revenues is responsible for accelerating the commercial penetration of Waterleau’s recurring services across the Belgium–Netherlands–France region. This includes Chemicals & Consumables, SLA/O&M contracts, and Revamp & Upgrade projects. The leader works closely with the CCO, regional commercial leaders, and service execution teams to unlock the full value of Waterleau’s installed base and drive sustainable, recurring topline growth.

Responsibilities

The job will include a mix of following activities:

* Active prospection: Identify and reach out to prospects in the installed base (both Waterleau and third-party) to pitch recurring services (40%)
* Lead generation & conversion: Qualify opportunities and coordinate internal resources to convert into contracts (30%)
* Account management: Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and key accounts to upsell recurring services (15%)
* Internal alignment: Work with technical, operational, and financial teams to ensure proposals are value-driven and executable (15%)

This role requires a good technical and process understanding of industrial wastewater, process water and water reuse.

Competencies/skills:

* Solution selling: Ability to translate technical services into clear customer value propositions.
* Strategic thinking: Understanding the longer-term value of recurring business models.
* Commercial focus: Experience with SLA-based contracts, O&M, chemical supply, or aftermarket sales.
* Customer intimacy: Ability to build trust and sustain customer relationships over time. - Internal collaboration: Skilled in coordinating commercial, technical, and operational teams to deliver value.
* Multilingual: Fluent in English, French and Dutch. Other languages are an asset.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
* 5-10 years of experience in sales, aftermarket services, or recurring revenue models within the water sector or industrial services.
* Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
* Demonstrated success in launching or scaling recurring business models.
