As a skilled IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.
This role involves working closely with our team to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Outlook.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, PowerShell for Office 365, and other administrative tools used to manage Office 365 environments.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
In addition, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to explain complex technical issues in a clear and user-friendly manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical support or service desk role with a focus on Office 365 or similar cloud platforms.
