REPORTING: Director Asset Management
DURATION: 6-12 months
OBJECTIVE:
To support the Asset Management team in conducting market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and managing analytical and administrative tasks within the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments for leased hotel projects, including financial projections for properties across Europe.
* Review investment feasibility reports for hotel renovations to assess project profitability.
* Conduct market research and compile business intelligence for various regional markets.
* Assist in the preparation of project approval documents and respond to various information requests.
* Support corporate asset management tasks, including portfolio reporting and ad-hoc performance analysis.
* Provide assistance on special strategic projects and initiatives, such as research, analysis, presentations, and financial modelling.
* Maintain and update databases, responding to related requests and inquiries.
* Prepare presentations and materials for building owner meetings, conferences, and internal committees.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Eligible to work in Belgium.
* Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and experience in financial modelling.
* Proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
* Understanding and working knowledge of financial concepts and statements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Understanding of and ability to apply principles of corporate finance.
