We are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to support the continuous enhancement of business-critical applications related to mandate management and operational workflows within a financial services environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery practices. A small component of the role will also support quality assurance and testing coordination.
Missions
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
Convert business needs into clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria suitable for Agile delivery.
Facilitate refinement sessions, sprint planning, and support backlog prioritization.
Conduct end-to-end workflow analysis to uncover automation opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies.
Ensure traceability of business objectives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with development teams and contribute to integration planning across multiple systems.
Support the creation and maintenance of test cases, test execution, and defect lifecycle management.
Promote best practices in QA and ensure functional requirements are thoroughly validated.
Profile
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in the financial sector, particularly in domains such as lending, cash & liquidity management, capital markets, or mandate management.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Xray).
Familiarity with Agile testing principles and software quality practices.
Hands-on experience working with development teams and integrated system environments.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling, user requirements definition, and documentation best practices.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, multilingual, and multicultural environment.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a professional level (C1/C2).
Familiarity with SQL and data modeling for supporting analysis and data validation.
Experience aligning business objectives with IT solutions in complex enterprise environments.
