Als Lab Technican Analytisch Labo sta je in voor het vrijgegeven, blokkeren en opvolging van grondstoffen, halffabrikaten en eindproducten, door het analyseren, interpreteren, rapporteren van resultaten en het versturen van klachten naar leveranciers zodat een consistente productkwaliteit naar onze klanten kan gegarandeerd worden, rekening houden met de huidige kwaliteitssystemen, specificaties en procedures.
Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden
1. Physico chemische analyse op grondstoffen, halffabrikaten en eindproducten (35%)
2. Opvolgen van actieplannen nav niet conforme of geblokkeerde grondstoffen, halffabrikaten of eindproducten (25%)
3. Rapporteren van de analyse resultaten en conclusies aan de aanvragen. Vrijgave of blokkeren van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten. Rapporteren van KPI’s en opvolging van geblokkeerde stock. (30%)
4. Onderhoud, kalibratie van labo toestellen, uittesten van nieuwe toestellen, 5S labo, melden van veiligheidsissues + acties, onderhoud QDS systeem, uitvoeren van ringtest, on boarding en training van nieuwe collega’s. (10%)
