Assignments
As an Asset & Reliability Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of asset management and reliability best practices across production sites. Your responsibilities will include:
* Feeding the long-term asset plan with key data to evaluate technical health.
* Developing and implementing technical health evaluation techniques through preventive maintenance inspections.
* Modeling asset remaining lifetime and estimating criticality.
* Performing criticality and Pareto analyses to identify top performance issues.
* Facilitating root cause analysis (RCA) for major technical failures.
* Defining and implementing reliability improvement actions in collaboration with technical services.
* Optimizing preventive maintenance plans by comparing inspections with asset failure data.
* Translating improvement actions into job instructions, task lists, and SAP updates.
The profile
You hold a BSc or MSc in Engineering, with education in reliability engineering or maintenance management, and at least 2 years of experience in reliability engineering. You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus) and have experience with CMMS, preferably SAP. Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player, you thrive in multi-team environments and communicate effectively across disciplines. Experience in the chemical process industry is an advantage.
