Description

You are the first point of contact for customers within the Contact Center in Ghent;
You distinguish between customer needs and strive for optimal customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services;
As a valuable team member, you contribute to the organization's objectives and help us become the reference bank for private banking customers;
You handle customer questions and requests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring the correct processing of stock market orders, fraud management, and online banking issues;
You follow internal procedures and comply with applicable regulations in all your work;
You analyze customer needs in order to suggest relevant additional products and services that meet their requirements;
Thanks to your proactive attitude, you take the initiative to discover new opportunities with existing clients, focused on strengthening loyalty and developing commercial relationships;
You work closely with various Advisory Centers and support them in achieving their goals;
You stay up to date with developments in the financial sector, such as taxation and new products and services.

Profile

feels comfortable interacting with customers, both in person, by telephone, and in writing, and has a strong commercial mindset;
has excellent administrative skills, works accurately, and adheres to established procedures;
Is versatile and can quickly adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities;
Remains calm and resilient, even in stressful situations;
Maintains a positive attitude and remains professional, even when the pressure is on;
Has a bachelor's degree (preferably in finance or economics) and has a genuine interest in the financial sector.
