OverviewIn4Matic Brussels, Brussels Region, BelgiumWe are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join our client’s Digital Workplace team. In this strategic and operational role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing a modern end-user environment that seamlessly integrates devices, identity, and collaboration tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will define the long-term vision and roadmap for the digital workspace, establish architectural standards and governance frameworks, and provide technical leadership to ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performing end-user experience.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Digital Workspace architectures covering identity, endpoints, and collaboration ecosystems.Define and execute long-term workspace and identity strategies, including governance frameworks for compliance, standardization, and sustainability.Architect and manage hybrid identity models integrating on-premises and cloud-based environments (Entra ID / Azure AD, Trustbuilder, Active Directory).Ensure alignment with enterprise security, access management, and regulatory requirements.Lead automation and optimization initiatives using tools such as PowerShell, Graph API, or equivalent scripting technologies.Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that improve security, performance, and user experience.Provide architectural guidance, mentoring, and coordination across IT, security, and business teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both operational and strategic objectives.Profile & ExpertiseMinimum 15 years of professional IT experience, including at least 10 years in architecture or technical leadership roles.Proven experience designing, implementing, and governing digital workspace solutions using technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD, Trustbuilder, SCCM, and VDI.Strong background in digital workplace strategy, identity management, and endpoint security.Experience delivering or managing workspace architectures in regulated or public-sector environments (e.g. NIS2, ISO 27001, or equivalent).Demonstrated ability to lead governance processes and define architectural standards.Hands-on experience in automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital workspace operations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders and provide architectural mentorship.Languages & Work EnvironmentFluency in Dutch or French (C1/C2 level) and English (C2 level), written and spoken.Experience working in complex, large-scale organizations with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and collaboration.Seniorities & EmploymentSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at In4Matic by 2xGet notified about new Technical Architect jobs in Brussels, Brussels Region, Belgium.Brussels, Brussels Region, Belgium 3 months ago
