Job description
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions.
As part of an agile team, you'll be involved to analyze insurance applications.
Your main responsibilities:
Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Participate in the planning, design, testing, and implementation of application enhancements or new applications.
Participate in the testing.

You have excellent analytic skills, you like challenges and you enjoy collaborating as a team
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with business process modelling, data modeling and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Knowledge of .net, mainframe, Outsystems
Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis
* Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications. (BPMN, UML)
* Model data structures to support business requirements, including conceptual, data models.
Documentation
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, process flows
* Ensure documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with standards.
Communication
* Provide regular updates on analysis status, risks, and issues
Testing & Validation
* Define test case and participate in testing
* Assist in identifying and resolving functional defects.
Incident/problems
* Solving issues
Specific experience and knowledge
* at least 5 years' experience in a similar position
