This globally active company specializes in building high-techmachines for pad printing. They design, manufacture, and installadvanced printing machines tailored to their customers' needs. Theyare active in many different sectors.

For the position as Product Manager -Validation Officer:
* You establish and document arisk-based validation strategyindependently
* You develop and implementValidation Master Plans and associated Validation Product andProject Plans
* You perform product and projectvalidation, including potential process validation, softwarevalidation, etc.
* You create validationdocumentation in line with guidelines
* Youidentify and integrate efficiency trackingtools
* You change drafts within the CAPAframework, identifying improvements and formulating an actionplan
* You align proposals withstakeholders
* You perform complex data analysesin Excel for (root cause analysis and)optimizations
* You assist and train otherdepartments in problem-solving techniques
* Youanalyze urgent and critical issues related to the product orproduction process (including incidentmanagement)
* you ensure knowledge retention anddissemination within the department and with otherdepartments
* You regularly reports to theManaging Director
Functie-eisen
* You completed a higher education inscience/technology
* You have experience in acomparable role
* You have an exellent knowledgeof Microsoft Outlook, especially Word and Excel (dataanalysis)
* You have strong proficiency inEnglish
* You have a solid understanding of GMPand experience in a GMP environment
* You haveexperience in root cause analysis (DMAIC, FMEA, 6M), familiaritywith lean and/or six sigma is advantageous
* Youpossess exceptional project management skills: creating plans,tracking activities, and promptly escalatingissues/risks
* You own excellent technicalwriting skills: succinctly yet thoroughly and clearly documentinginformation in a well-organized/structuredmanner
* You have strong interpersonal skills(communicative and attentive): capable of gathering necessaryinformation and diligently following up on actions with otherdepartments
* You own strong analytical skills:rapidly forming a coherent understanding and defining an actionplan
* You pay high attention to quality anddetail
