Job Description
Assist in maintaining internal compliance policies, regulatory registers, and periodic filings across SFC and cross‑border regulatory regimes
Support AML/KYC reviews for investors, counterparties, and transactions
Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including personal account dealing checks, training logs, marketing material review, and record‑keeping
Coordinate with external counsel and regulators on routine enquiries
Support fund licensing, compliance reporting, and internal audit reviews
Maintain internal systems, documentation, and operational trackers
Provide cross‑functional support across finance, investment teams, and portfolio monitoring
The Successful Applicant
4+ years of experience in private equity, asset management, investment banking, or related financial institutions
Solid understanding of fund operations, regulatory requirements, or compliance frameworks
Experience with SFC‑related compliance preferred (Type 1/4/9 environment advantageous)
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a lean, high‑accountability team
Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
