Build things that matter. /p pWe are launching a bbrand new pentesting product /b with huge ambition. This market is multi-billion in size, ripe for disruption, and has the potential to outgrow our existing product lines. We are still in a true zero-to-one phase. /p pAs our first Service Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of white-glove pentesting services by guiding customers before, during, and after tests and turning findings into clear, actionable next steps. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGuide customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high-quality engagements. /li liAct as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives. /li liTranslate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows. /li liCollaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liHands‑on pentesting experience /li liComfortable working directly with customers /li liStrong application or infrastructure security skills /li liClear communicator, technical but human /li liOSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus /li /ul h3What You Can Expect /h3 ul liHigh-impact position in a fast-growing company. /li liFast growth of responsibility. /li liCompetitive salary package. /li liA company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details). /li liFlexibility in working hours /li /ul pYou will be recruited based on competencies.
