CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Service Manager to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.
Your Missions
* You help on subjects such as service definition, follow-up of managed service, and overall service coordination
* You ensure user satisfaction by implementing necessary communication with the client and end users
* You are in charge of the capacity management
* Youassist technical meetings and make the follow up with the service provider
* You help technical teams to reach their targets
* You plan, execute and deliver support projects
* You elaborate the resource planning, follow-up of staff activities
* You evaluate risk and provide problem analysis
* You create reports
Your profile
* You have minimum 6 years of professional experience in a similar position
* You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
* You have a fluent level in French and English
* You are certified in ITIL 4
* You are processes oriented
* You have solid documentation skills
* You are pro-active, stress resistant, and have great communication skills (writing & speaking)
* You are rigorous with excellent analytical and organizational skills
