Requirements:
* 10+ years of professional experience in software/platform engineering
* 3+ years in a principal or lead developer capacity.
* Proven expertise with OpenShift and Kubernetes, including operator SDKs, Helm, ArgoCD, and cluster management.
* Advanced proficiency in the GO programming language.
* Deep understanding of Azure IaaS, virtual networking, and hybrid cloud architectures.
* Expert knowledge of CI/CD automation using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, or ArgoCD.
* Strong experience with security and identity federation using Vault, Keycloak, and Okta.
* Technical proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and object storage like MinIO.
* Experience with event streaming platforms, specifically Solace PubSub+ and Confluent Kafka.
* Solid background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
* Soft skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, set architectural direction, and communicate effectively in multi-national, safety-critical environments.

Job Description:
* Lead the design, development, and operation of a mission-critical enterprise platform for air traffic management.
* Architect and evolve a container-based platform on OpenShift and Azure IaaS.
* Develop and maintain custom Kubernetes operators for the lifecycle automation of databases, messaging, and APIs.
* Design secure multi-tenant architectures and implement policy enforcement using Vault and Keycloak.
* Oversee high availability and disaster recovery strategies across distributed cloud environments.
* Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and implement observability frameworks like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
* Manage event-driven integration patterns for real-time aviation data exchange.
* Act as a technical authority and mentor for platform engineers, including providing support to product developers.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement zero-trust networking and policy-as-code controls.
