* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in the field.
* Perform preventive maintenance and corrective interventions.
* Train operators and maintenance teams on equipment usage and best practices.
* Produce detailed service reports and technical documentation.
* Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
* Master degree Degree or technical background in electromechanics, automation, or industrial engineering.
* Proven experience in field service, preferably within pharmaceutical or high-tech machinery.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in regulated environments.
* Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
* Professional communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
* Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
