Account Manager - Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Analyzing customers' IT projects to identify potential sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions
* Negotiating contract renewals and securing new business deals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Fluency in English and French (or English and Polish)
* Strong relational and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients
* Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
