A fast-growing company present in several European countries is currently looking for an experienced administrative & office manager to supervise a team of 6 people.
In this diversified role, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
This job is based in Mouscron.
Administrative & Office Manager – The Role
The tasks include but are not limited to:
Oversee administrative staff, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a functional and efficient workspace.
Collaborate with site management to select and onboard new hires
Coach and train staff, evaluate performance
Manage email and phone to ensure high responsiveness
Monitor and update leave schedules
Assist in budget creation, tracking expenses
Compile and analyze operational data, expenses, and generate necessary reports
Administrative & Office Manager – About You
You have ideally obtained a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management, Business Administration, Accounting, HR..), or equivalent experience
You have proven experience in office management, admin roles or in a similar position, with experience in team management, preferably in a industrial or logistics environment
You a proficient in French and English (B2 min.), fluency in Dutch is a plus
You are a proactive problem-solver with proven leadership skills
