Your mission
As a
Junior Product Manager
, you will work directly with
Aurora, our Product Manager
, and support the evolution and continuous improvement of the Smovin platform.
Your role is to help transform user needs into actionable solutions, ensure smooth execution with the tech team, and contribute to delivering a robust and intuitive product.
What you'll do
* Analyze user needs through interviews, support feedback, product analytics, and user research.
* Contribute to writing, refining, and prioritizing tickets in Linear.
* Assist in preparing and running internal workshops with tech, sales, design, and support.
* Collaborate closely with Aurora on roadmap planning, functional scoping, and feature breakdowns.
* Follow up on development progress, test new features, and validate releases.
* Connect regularly with Sales & Customer Success to align on customer expectations.
* Help document product updates (release notes, guides, videos).
* Participate in continuous product improvement through market research, benchmarking, and feedback loops.
Who you are
* You have a first experience (or strong internship) in product management, business analysis, UX design, or a related field.
* You are structured, curious, and analytical.
* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment.
* You can turn vague needs into clear requirements.
* You are comfortable with modern tools (Linear, Notion, Figma, etc.).
* You communicate easily with both technical and non-technical teams.
* You care deeply about user experience and product clarity.
* You enjoy working in a team, asking questions, testing, and iterating.
* Having a
design mindset or visual intuition
is a strong plus.
* You are fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
