Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will lead the on-site delivery and technical support of our mobile robotics systems for customers across Spain and broader Europe. You will work closely with local and international teams to ensure smooth implementation, training, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the implementation and delivery of AGV/AMR projects, tracking progress and resolving deviations in a timely manner
• Provide on-site technical support to customers during installation, configuration, and testing of robotic systems
• Diagnose and solve technical issues during and after deployment, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime
• Deliver training sessions to customers on product usage, system performance, and operational best practices
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales phases, including technical consultation, product demos, and solution validation
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating critical issues as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM fields such as Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience in technical support or implementation roles within the Robotics or Automation industry is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
• Willing to travel frequently within Europe, especially within Spain
• Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and English
• A valid work permit for Spain is preferred (visa support negotiable)
