Kronos Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent & Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be tri-lingual, fluent in Dutch, French, and English, and possess a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting, ideally for consulting firms. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage the recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and the sales team, and contribute to the overall success of our firm. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the firm. Collaboration: Work closely with sales leads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet their requirements. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and contribute to innovative strategies to attract top talent. Multilingual Communication: Utilize fluency in Dutch, French, and English to effectively communicate with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including key metrics and insights to inform decision-making. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting firm. Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed recruitment decisions. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
