On behalf of my client — a long-established, dynamically growing FMCG distributor in the Netherlands & Belgium — we're hiring a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of commercial growth across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and alternative channels in Belgium, with regional responsibility for Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

— Lead sales across MT, TT and alternative channels
— Grow key retail and wholesale partnerships
— Win new partners and drive listings, promotions, in-store execution
— Build smarter sales processes and ways of working
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚
— Solid FMCG sales experience (MT and/or TT)
— An active network of retailers, buyers, and decision-makers in Belgium
— A leadership mindset
— you take ownership and improve how things run
— Dutch and/or French; English is a plus
