Your purpose at Stanley/Stella As an EU Marketing Intern, you will support the definition, development, and deployment of the marketing strategy & activation plans across EU markets. Working closely with senior stakeholders (Product, Communication, and Local Markets), you will gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and local activation in a fast-paced, international environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how marketing strategies are built at EU level and translated into impactful local execution. Please note this is a 5-6 months non paid internship with school agreement. Your role and impact 1. Strategy & Planning Contribute to the development of the EU marketing strategy through data analysis and market insights Support the translation local growth priorities into local activations plans Competitive benchmark & analysis 2. Brand Adoption & Development (Below-the-line) Develop a strong understanding of key accounts’ challenges, customer behavior s, needs, and buying drivers Work on brief and collaborate with the global comm’ team to strengthen our messages and support the development of below-the-line marketing assets Assist in developing assets or to the localization of assets and tools to drive brand’s adoption 3. Deployment & Local Market Support Actively support local markets in executing impactful marketing initiatives aligned with their growth levers, priorities, and challenges (such as Joint account events, Local events, sponsorship, etc) 4. Reporting & Performance Analysis Analyze the performance of local marketing initiatives and assess ROI and success factors Best practices case building and sharing with key internal stakeholers About you Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field A first professional experience in marketing is a strong plus Strong interest in strategic and operational marketing Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance indicators Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on multiple projects Good communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus) Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; marketing or analytics tools are a plus About us Founded in 2012, Stanley/Stella has become Europe’s leading brand for premium and sustainable blank apparel.
