1. You get the opportunity to acquire knowledge, develop and maintain expertise in the field of thermal & Aero derivative Gas turbines.
2. The EMS Aero derivative Solutions department manages the instrumentation, control systems, and combustion systems of the gas turbines used for electricity production. Your goal will be to become an expert in your field to support our clients, both ENGIE and non-ENGIE.
3. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the I&C maintenance scopes on gas turbines in various power plants .
4. With the support of your colleagues, you will develop key maintenance competencies in the field of instrumentation and control systems of aero derivative gas turbines (for ex. LM6000/LM2500).
5. By delivering high-quality work and demonstrating exemplary safety behavior, you will bring significant added value to our customers.
6. You will perform complete maintenance scopes in your field of expertise (outages, unplanned interventions, diagnostic and troubleshooting, …). You will manage all project phases, from preparation to final reporting.
* You hold a bachelor's degree in measurement and controls techniques/automation/ electronics/electromechanics or equivalent through experience
* You have a strong interest in technology, and troubleshooting motivates you
* You are eager to learn and driven by continuous improvement
* You are customer-oriented
* You are flexible and mobile (mainly Flanders and occasionally abroad)
* You possess strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
* You are a team player and interact with various stakeholders
* Proficient knowledge of English is mandatory. Additionally you can speak either Dutch or French at a professional level

A staff contract (38h) of indefinite duration with a competitive salary package consisting of:
* a basic salary that is indexed monthly and supplemented by different premiums depending on the work regime (shift premium), the place where you work (mobility premium) and the number of overtime hours worked (overtime premium and compensation through leave days).
* Annual salary increase in January according to energy sector scales.
