Mission
Lead the IT integration project, you will own all ERP and data-migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA with zero disruption to GMP operations.
Key Responsibilities
ERP – SAP S/4HANA
• Map current business processes against SAP S/4HANA capabilities with site stakeholders
• Facilitate ERP workshops, document gaps, and propose compliant solutions
• Serve as the single point of contact for all ERP technical issues
• Develop the site ERP strategy that minimizes GMP/business-continuity risk during data migration
• Create training material and deliver end-user training plus hyper-care support
Data Migration
• Inventory legacy systems and data sets across the site
• Design and execute migration plans for local systems; support global system migrations
• Run testing and validation activities on site
• Translate migration requirements into clear operational procedures and documentation
• Train end-users on new data-handling processes
IT/OT Expertise
• Catalogue all IT and OT assets (PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, LIMS, etc.) in collaboration with operations
• Resolve day-to-day technical queries related to IT/OT needs
• Participate in technical workshops as the go-to advisor for IT/OT integration topics
• Provide training and support to operations and maintenance teams
Program Coordination
• Coordinate multiple technical work-streams under the overall IT Integration program
• Monitor project plans, prepare status reports, and escalate risks to the IT Integration PM
• Liaise with global teams and third-party vendors to maintain scope, timeline, and quality
• Take on additional tasks as the integration roadmap evolves
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or related field
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in operational IT within manufacturing environments
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and complex data-migration projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, integration, and migration tools (LSMW, BODS, Syniti, etc.)
• JDE expertise is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of IT/OT systems (MES, LIMS, PLC, HMI, SCADA)
• Experience in GxP/regulated environments is highly preferred
• Project-management experience is desirable
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to present to both operators and senior management
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Dutch is an advantage
