As a Business & sales account manager – workplace wellbeing, you are the driving force behind our continued growth and the strengthening of our market position in workplace wellbeing.
You know how to convince stakeholders of the importance of investing in the wellbeing of employees, teams, and leaders (HR Directors, HR Business Partners, CFOs/C‑level executives, and prevention & wellbeing teams).
You sell solutions that help organisations identify, assess and take concrete action on mental, physical and social health in the workplace.
You actively develop commercial opportunities aligned with legal requirements on psychosocial risk management.
You’re eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement (optimising processes and sales enablement tools).
Has an excellent command of both Dutch and French, spoken and written; knowledge of English is a strong asset.
Is a team player who actively shares best practices.
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Has demonstrable sales experience with proven conversion results.
Is familiar with CRM tools.
