Director of Sales (m/f/d) – nhow Brussels Bloom

Reporting
Reporting directly to the General Manager and the Market Director (France, Belgium & Luxembourg), you will oversee the hotel’s sales strategy with energy, precision and ambition.
Your Mission
Lead the sales teams, ensuring full alignment with the overall business strategy and revenue objectives. You will play a strategic and operational role with one clear objective: maximize REVPAR, grow market share, and deliver strong commercial results.
What You Will Do
- Lead and inspire the sales team, ensuring strong product and service knowledge.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across national and international markets.
- Manage and grow key accounts through retention and acquisition, focusing on priority segments.
- Build and implement the annual sales action plan.
- Co‑create and manage the hotel’s budget and forecasts with the GM, Revenue team, and Market Director.
- Represent nhow Brussels in local, regional, and international sales activities and events.
- Identify priority markets and implement targeted action plans with clear objectives.
- Drive revenue across rooms, meetings & events, and F&B, adapting to seasonality.
- Oversee RFP processes, account creation, and financial coordination through SAP tools.
- Lead all site inspections and fam trips.
- Monitor performance daily and take action to optimize revenue and market share.
- Deliver structured weekly reporting to leadership through CRM tools or internal reporting systems.
Lead Internal Sales Excellence
- Take full ownership of the internal sales department organization and performance.
- Define clear responsibilities and objectives for the team by market segment.
- Ensure strong conversion rates, focusing on profitability and P&L impact.
- Work closely with Revenue Management on pricing, yield, and negotiation strategies.
- Oversee site inspections, commissions, billing, and debtor follow‑up.
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are properly tracked and managed in systems.

Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality (mandatory)
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unify teams
- Strong knowledge of local and international markets across segments
- Highly performance‑oriented — you consistently exceed targets
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Autonomous, flexible, and adaptable
- Customer‑focused with the ability to anticipate needs
- Positive and resilient under pressure, with strong attention to detail
- Experience with TMS systems, Onyx Lanyon, CRM and reporting tools is an advantage
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning capabilities
